- 6 1/2 c. plain flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. melted butter
- 2 c. milk
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. warm water
Directions

1Combine flour, sugar, salt and raisins.

2Mix butter, egg and milk.

3Add yeast which has been dissolved in the warm water.

4Add the milk mixture to the flour mixture.

5Then roll into oblong shape and brush with some melted butter.

6Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

7Roll jelly roll fashion and slice.

8Let rise until soft (about 1 1/2 hours) to touch and bake in 400° oven until brown. Glaze with confectioners sugar, milk and butter mixture.

9Roll real thin.
