- 3 5/8 cups flour
- 2 1/4 teaspoons dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 1/2 tablespoons butter diced
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 egg beaten
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 210 degrees Celsius.

2In a bowl, add the flour, yeast, and sugar. Mix and add the butter, dissolve using your hands. Make a hole in the middle of the flour and add the milk and raisins. Knead until the dough is sticky.

3Divide the dough and shape into spheres. Flatten and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with the beaten egg.

4Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

5Serve warm, spread with butter, honey, or jam.
