- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. sour cream
- 5 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. raisins or currants
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients.

2Stir in remaining ingredients just until blended.

3Divide dough into 4 parts.

4On a floured board, pat each part into a circle 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick.

5Cut circles into quarters and place on a cookie sheet.

6Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.

7Makes 16 scones.
