  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 lb. sausage meat
  • fine bread crumbs or cracker meal

Directions

    Peel eggs and dip in the beaten egg.

    Then cover with sausage. Dip egg again in the beaten egg and then dip and roll into bread crumbs.

    Fry about 10 minutes.

    Serve plain or dip in mustard sauce.
