- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. cooked, chopped chicken or cooked ground beef
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Cook noodles in boiling, salted water for 25 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently.

3Drain. Arrange in shallow 3-quart baking dish.

4Alternate layers of cooked noodles, meat, Ricotta, Mozzarella, spaghetti sauce and grated cheese.

5Bake in preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes.

6Serves 6 to 8.
