- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. water
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 1/2 c. day old bread crumbs
- 1 lb. sausage (hot)
Directions

1Beat 2 eggs in water and set aside.

2Divide sausage into 6 portions.

3Wrap one portion around each boiled egg and seal well. Dip into egg and water mixture, then into bread crumbs.

4(You can refrigerate overnight.)

5Drop eggs into deep oil heated to 375°. Cook about 9 to 10 minutes.

6Serve with gravy.
