  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1/2 bunch each of parsley, sage and thyme, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Coleman's mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestshire sauce
  • 1-2 tablespoons Fresh lemon
  • Oil for frying
