- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
Directions

1Sift flour, measure, add salt and sift again.

2Cream butter, gradually add confectioners sugar and beat until light.

3Combine dry ingredients and creamed mixture.

4Blend thoroughly.

5Put dough in 8 x 8-inch pan and bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.

6Cut in squares before completely cool.
