  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 1/2 c. flour

    Pat out in bottom of cake pan and prick with fork 1-inch apart. Bake at 250° for 1 hour. Dust with powdered sugar and cut while hot.
