- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 c. rolled oats
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. peanuts
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 2 c. bran flakes
Directions

1Add soda to boiling water.

2Let stand until cool.

3Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, bran flakes, rolled oats and sugar.

4Roll out thin on a floured board.

5Bake at 375° for 5 minutes on bottom shelf, then 5 minutes on top shelf.
