  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 c. rolled oats
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/4 c. peanuts
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 2 c. bran flakes

Directions

    Add soda to boiling water.

    Let stand until cool.

    Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, bran flakes, rolled oats and sugar.

    Roll out thin on a floured board.

    Bake at 375° for 5 minutes on bottom shelf, then 5 minutes on top shelf.
