- 1 12 cups oats, uncooked
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 12 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 12 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Mix oats and buttermilk together in a bowl and let stand for 5 minutes.

2Combine dry ingredients and add to the oat mixture.

3Add beaten eggs, mixing well.

4Spoon onto oiled griddle.

5Brown first side, then flip once only.

6Remove from griddle when golden brown.
