- 4 to 4 1/2 c. All-purpose Flour
- 1 c. Packed Brown Sugar
Directions

1In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar.

2Add 3 3/4 c. flour; mix well.

3Sprinkle a board with some of the remaining flour.

4Knead for 5 minutes, add enough remaining flour to make a soft, non-sticky dough.

5Roll to 1/2 inch thickness.
