- 3 c. bread cubes (French or Italian)
- 3 c. chopped ham, bacon or sausage
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 3 tsp. flour
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and cover.

3Refrigerate overnight.

4Before cooking, dot with 3 teaspoons butter.

5Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 1 hour.
