  • 8 eggs
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • 3 c. bread cubes (French or Italian)
  • 3 c. chopped ham, bacon or sausage
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 3 tsp. flour
  • 3 c. milk

    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and cover.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Before cooking, dot with 3 teaspoons butter.
