  • 2/3 c. chopped onion (I prefer green onion)
  • 2/3 c. chopped sweet pickle
  • 6 slices bacon, cut up
  • 6 beaten eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • dash of sugar

Directions

    Prepare bacon in a skillet until crispy; drain.

    Add beaten eggs; cook until done.

    Add to lettuce mixture, stirring continuously.

    Add vinegar; keep mixing.

    Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
