- slice of ham
- slice of cheese
- salt
- pepper
- onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Combine eggs and milk in small bowl.

2Cut ham and cheese into small pieces and add to mixture.

3Whip with a fork.

4Sprinkle a small amount of salt, pepper and onion powder to mixture.

5Stir as needed.

6Heat a skillet.

7Add oil to bottom until hot.

8Pour in mixture and turn as needed.

9Cook thoroughly.
