  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • slice of ham
  • slice of cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp. oil

Directions

    Combine eggs and milk in small bowl.

    Cut ham and cheese into small pieces and add to mixture.

    Whip with a fork.

    Sprinkle a small amount of salt, pepper and onion powder to mixture.

    Stir as needed.

    Heat a skillet.

    Add oil to bottom until hot.

    Pour in mixture and turn as needed.
