- 6 slices bacon
- 1 small clove garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 (No. 2) can whole corn
- 6 eggs
- 6 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- dash of Tabasco
Directions

1Fry bacon crisp and put on paper towel.

2Now chop up the garlic, onion and pepper fine and cook in bacon fat until tender. Add drained corn and cook for 2 minutes.

3Beat up eggs, milk, salt, pepper and Tabasco until well mixed.

4Pour over vegetables. Stir with fork until almost done.

5Chip bacon and fold into egg mixture.
