- 8 eggs
- 1/4 c. commercial sour cream
- 1/4 c. pasteurized process cheese spread
- 3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Fry bacon in large skillet; drain off all but 3 tablespoons drippings.

2Combine remaining ingredients in container of electric blender.

3Process on low speed until light and fluffy.

4Pour into skillet with bacon and hot drippings.

5Cook over low heat, stirring gently, until done.

6Serve immediately.
