- 6 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp. hot/mild salsa
- 1/4 c. mushrooms, finely chopped
- salami, chopped
- 1 tsp. horseradish
Directions

1In a bowl mix eggs and milk.

2Put the burner on medium heat. Spray the skillet with Pam.

3Pour the eggs into the pan.

4Quickly add the pepper, salt and garlic powder.

5Before the eggs set up completely put in and stir the salsa, finely chopped mushrooms, salami and a teaspoon of horseradish.

6Stir the eggs until they set up and serve.
