  • 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • tomato sauce
  • 1 c. milk
  • handful grated cheese
  • 1 pkg. shells

Directions

    Mix Ricotta, milk, eggs, salt, pepper and some tomato sauce together.

    Cook shells and drain; put in pan.

    Add cheese mixture. Mix together.

    Cover with sauce.

    Sprinkle with extra grated cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
