- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 3 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- tomato sauce
- 1 c. milk
- handful grated cheese
- 1 pkg. shells
Directions

1Mix Ricotta, milk, eggs, salt, pepper and some tomato sauce together.

2Cook shells and drain; put in pan.

3Add cheese mixture. Mix together.

4Cover with sauce.

5Sprinkle with extra grated cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
