  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 onion, chopped finely
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp coriander (optional)

Directions

    In a mixing bowl beat 2 eggs with 1/4 cup of milk and add the turmeric powder, black pepper, and salt - beat well until all ingredients are combined.

    In a small pan saute onions in 1 tablespoon of butter and oil.

    Once onions looks translucent add the garlic.

    Add the beaten mixture to the pan and scramble till cooked.

    (optional) add chopped coriander for garnish.
