- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 onion, chopped finely
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp coriander (optional)
Directions

1In a mixing bowl beat 2 eggs with 1/4 cup of milk and add the turmeric powder, black pepper, and salt - beat well until all ingredients are combined.

2In a small pan saute onions in 1 tablespoon of butter and oil.

3Once onions looks translucent add the garlic.

4Add the beaten mixture to the pan and scramble till cooked.

5(optional) add chopped coriander for garnish.
