  • 1 lb. tofu, cubed or mashed
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce (lite)
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions or 1 Tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. chicken style seasoning
  • 1 tsp. nutritional yeast
  • 1 pinch turmeric
  • 3 Tbsp. distilled water

Directions

    Combine entire ingredients.

    Place in a Teflon or equivalent skillet over low heat, stirring consistently.
