- 1 doz. eggs
- 1 pinch or 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 c. water
- 2 c. flour
- Romano cheese, grated
- pepper
Directions

1Beat eggs in mixer until light yellow.

2Add salt; mix.

3Add water; continue mixing.

4Add flour slowly, mixing out all lumps. Let batter sit so all foam goes away.

5Grease 12-inch frying pan with Crisco and wax paper.

6Over medium heat, add about 1/8 cup batter.

7Cook until edges loosen from sides of pan.

8Turn over and cook other side.
-
9Don't let the crepe brown.

10After all have cooled, mix cheese and a little pepper and sprinkle on crepe. Roll tight.

11Can be frozen until ready to use.

12Makes about 35. Thaw when ready to use.

13Lay in soup bowl and pour hot chicken soup over scrapels.
