- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. raisins
- 2 c. figs
- 2 c. nuts
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3 tsp. honey
- 6 eggs
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- spices to suit taste
- your favorite coconut icing
Directions

1Cream together butter and sugar.

2Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

3Mix flour, soda and baking powder.

4Add alternately with milk, beating well after each addition.

5Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

6Bake in layers at 350° until a toothpick comes out clean.

7Ice cake when cool.
