- 8 oz. crabmeat, lobster or shrimp
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- pinch of sugar
- tomato, sliced
- bacon
- Swiss cheese
- loaf of French bread
Directions

1Put fish in a food chopper, then combine with the rest of ingredients.

2Spread this mix on a piece of French bread.

3Top with sliced tomato, 2 strips bacon (cooked) and top with Swiss cheese slices.

4Heat in oven at 350° until cheese melts.
