  • 1 c. Chow Mein Noodles
  • 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 c. each of Crab or Shrimp or 2 c. Chicken
  • 1/2 c. Diced Celery
  • 1 c. Chopped Almonds
  • 1 sm. can Water Chestnuts, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. Water

Directions

    Put aside 1/4 cup noodles.

    Combine remaining noodles, soup, water, seafood, celery, water chestnuts and half the almonds.

    Put into a casserole.

    Top with remaining noodles and almonds.

    Bake uncovered 370° for 30 to 45 minutes.
