- 2 6 1/2 oz. cans crab meat, drained
- 1 4 oz. can shrimp, drained
- 1 10 oz. package frozen peas, thawed
- 1 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 cup sour cream
Directions

1Combine crab meat, shrimp, peas, rice green pepper, parsley and sour cream in bowl; toss to mix.

2Pour into 2 quart casserole sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

3Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
