Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 strips bacon
  • 2 c. potatoes
  • 1 can clams, drained
  • 1 can crabmeat, drained (save juice)
  • 1/4 lb. shrimp, chopped
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 c. half and half
  • 1 large can creamed corn
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • thyme

Directions

    Fry bacon until crisp; drain.

    Add potatoes and juice.

    Simmer for 20 minutes, or until potatoes are cooked.

    Add clams, crabmeat, shrimp, milk, half and half, creamed corn, salt, pepper and thyme to taste; add parsley.

    Cook until it starts to boil. One-half cup wine is optional.
