- 3 or 4 strips bacon
- 2 c. potatoes
- 1 can clams, drained
- 1 can crabmeat, drained (save juice)
- 1/4 lb. shrimp, chopped
- 2 c. milk
- 2 c. half and half
- 1 large can creamed corn
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- thyme
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp; drain.

2Add potatoes and juice.

3Simmer for 20 minutes, or until potatoes are cooked.

4Add clams, crabmeat, shrimp, milk, half and half, creamed corn, salt, pepper and thyme to taste; add parsley.

5Cook until it starts to boil. One-half cup wine is optional.
