- 1/4 c. cut up bacon
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 2 (7 oz.) cans minced or whole clams, lobster or other seafood
- 2 c. finely diced raw potatoes
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Saute in large kettle bacon and onion.

2Add liquor from cans of seafood, potatoes and water.

3Cook about 10 minutes, until potatoes are tender.

4Just before serving, add clams or other seafood, 2 cups milk, salt and pepper.

5Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.

6Serve immediately.
