- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 lb. shrimp, cleaned
- 1 lb. scallops
- 1 lb. spinach fettucine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. plain yogurt
- 1/2 c. milk
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions

1Saute onions and garlic in olive oil.

2Add scallops and shrimp; cook until shrimp are pink.

3Mix all cream ingredients together in separate bowl.

4Cook fettucine al dente.

5Place fettucine in a 9 x 12-inch Pyrex baking dish and spray with Pam.

6Add fish to mixture with pasta.

7Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

8Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
