- 1 can white tuna
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2/3 c. chopped green onion
- 1 tsp. dried Italian herb seasoning
- 10 eggs
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Melt butter in 10-inch ovenproof skillet.

2Saute onion with herbs, about 1 minute.

3Drain tuna and add to skillet, stirring to break-up big pieces.

4Beat eggs well with garlic and pepper.

5Pour into pan.

6Do not stir.

7Cook in oven on medium heat until bottom half of eggs are cooked.

8Place under broiler, about 4 inches from heat until eggs are set.

9Serve hot.

10Cut into wedges.
