  • 3/4 lb. fettucini pasta
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3/4 lb. scallops (sea or bay)
  • 3/4 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • Old Bay seasoning to taste
  • 1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • several pieces diced pimento

Directions

    Boil fettucini as per instructions on box.

    Melt butter in skillet.
  3. 3
    Lightly saute scallops and shrimp in skillet and add Old Bay to taste.

    Divide fettucini onto 2 platters and top with grated Mozzarella, shrimp and scallops; use pimento pieces for garnish. Hurry into preheated oven until cheese is melted.
