- 3/4 lb. fettucini pasta
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 lb. scallops (sea or bay)
- 3/4 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
- Old Bay seasoning to taste
- 1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
- several pieces diced pimento
Directions

1Boil fettucini as per instructions on box.

2Melt butter in skillet.

3Lightly saute scallops and shrimp in skillet and add Old Bay to taste.

4Divide fettucini onto 2 platters and top with grated Mozzarella, shrimp and scallops; use pimento pieces for garnish. Hurry into preheated oven until cheese is melted.
