  • 1 pkg. jumbo shells
  • 1 can tuna
  • 4 oz. grated Swiss
  • 1/2 c. mayo
  • 2 Tbsp. thin celery
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped pimento
  • celery leaves (for garnish)

Directions

    Cook shells according to package.

    Rinse under cold water. Invert on towel to cool.

    Put tuna in a bowl.

    Add cheese, mayo, celery and onion.

    Add pimento.

    If too dry, add more mayo.

    Stuff shells; cover and refrigerate until chilled.

    Garnish if desired.
