  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 15 oz. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2/3 c. white wine
  • 2/3 lb. scallops, chopped, if large
  • 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp (reserve 3 or 4)
  • 1/2 lb. crab meat
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 c. Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Boil noodles according to package directions and drain.

    Saute onion in butter, add cream cheese, egg, Ricotta cheese, basil and pepper.
