- 8 lasagna noodles
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/3 c. white wine
- 1 lb. shrimp or scallops
- 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
Directions

1Cook and drain noodles.

2Arrange 4 noodles to cover bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Saute onion in butter until tender. Blend in cream cheese.

4Stir in cottage cheese, egg, basil, salt and pepper.

5Spread 1/2 over noodles.
