- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 each onions finely chopped
- 2 each garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 3 cups tomato sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 10 large shrimp peeled, deveined
- 10 each scallops rinsed
- 1/4 cup parsley leaves chopped
- 12 ounces angel hair pasta drained
Directions

1In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.

2Stir in onion and cook for 2 minutes.

3Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

4Add white wine and simmer for 2 minutes.

5Stir in tomato sauce and red pepper flakes.

6Bring sauce to a simmer and stir in the shrimp.

7Cook for 1 minute and stir in scallops.

8Simmer for 2 minutes.

9Stir in parsley and toss with pasta.
