- 1 can cream of shrimp soup
- 1 tsp. Knox gelatine (1 envelope)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. chopped green onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 to 1 1/2 oz. canned shrimp
- 1 to 1 1/2 oz. canned crab meat
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Dissolve gelatine in 2 teaspoons water.

2Mix gelatine and undiluted shrimp soup.

3Cook on low heat until not lumpy.

4Add cream cheese and cook until smooth.

5Remove from stove.

6Add remaining ingredients and mold overnight.

7Good served on crackers.
