- 1 c. herbed butter
- 1/2 c. dry sherry
- 1 lb. scallops
- 1/2 lb. lobster meat
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. dill weed
- pinch of white pepper
Directions

1Whip butter or soft margarine until fluffy.

2Season with garlic, lemon juice, dill and pepper.

3Heat sherry in skillet; cook scallops in it, then add lobster meat until heated.

4Add cream and heat until sauce thickens.

5Add butter and heat until frothy. Serve over angel hair pasta or mix pasta and sauce in large serving dish.
