  • 300 grams Pasta
  • 500 grams Diverse seafood
  • 5 clove garlic
  • 1/2 celery
  • 5 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 leek
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 200 ml white wine

Directions

    Boil for 2 minutes the seafood

    Fry for 3 minutes at low flame in a little olive oil the sliced garlic , sliced leek and chopped parsley.

    Add the seafood.

    Add dry white wine.

    Add tomatoes after alchohol from wine has evaporated.

    Boil pasta.

    Add boiled pasta over the seafood and mix.

    Be careful not the boil tomuch pasta.
