- 1 mild Jamestown sausage (bulk)
- 2 c. rice (uncooked)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil chicken in pot of water until done.

2Brown sausage in pan.

3Debone chicken.

4Place 2 cups rice in big pot; add 4 cups chicken broth from pot that chicken was boiled in.

5Add chicken, sausage, salt and pepper.

6Bring to boil, then cut down on low and let rice cook until done.
