- 1 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. shrimp, cooked (fresh)
- 1/2 c. crabmeat, cooked (fresh)
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 1/4 c. salsa Dempsey
Directions

1Heat wine in a double boiler over low heat.

2Place cheese in a plastic bag and sprinkle flour over cheese, shaking bag to coat all.

3When wine gets bubbles forming on top, place one handful of cheese into wine.

4Stir until melted and continue to add cheese until all is melted and smooth.

5Keep warm.

6Warm seafood and salsa in a fondue pot.

7Pour cheese over hot seafood mixture and gently stir.

8Serve with corn tortilla chips.
