  • 2 tbsp Chirimen jako (semi-dried salted tiny sardines)
  • 2 tbsp Salmon flakes (ready made)
  • 2 tsp Nori Seaweed Paste
  • 1 Fine chopped leek (optional)

    Add the ingredients to the warm rice.

    Add as much shredded leeks as you like.

    Mix, mix.

    Mix all the ingredients together and form into your preferred shape.
