- 2 medium minced cloves garlic
- 1/2 c. tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 2 c. Arborio rice
- 1 c. dry white wine
- 4 c. chicken stock
- 2 c. clam juice
- 1/2 c. fresh basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
