  • 1 cup green bell peppers chopped
  • 1/4 pound butter unsalted, plus 1 tbsp
  • 3/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper ground
  • 1/2 pound shrimp small
  • 1 1/2 cups seafood stock
  • 6 each oysters shucked
  • 3/4 cup flour, all-purpose
  • 1/2 cup scallions, spring or green onions chopped fine
  • 1/4 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated
  • 2 teaspoons salt
