- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) bagof frozen bay scallops
- 3 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 chopped fresh garlic clove
- 3 tablespoons 6% cream
- 1 pinch salt
- 12 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 cup dried spaghetti
Directions

1Bring a large pot of salted water to boil.

2Add spaghetti.

3Cook until desired tenderness.

4Drain and set aside.

5In a medium sauce pan, melt butter until brown (2-3 minutes).

6Add scallops and sear.

7Add lemon juice, chopped garlic, dill, salt, pepper and cream to sauce pan.

8Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
