Seared Scallop Spaghetti

  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) bagof frozen bay scallops
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 chopped fresh garlic clove
  • 3 tablespoons 6% cream
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 12 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 cup dried spaghetti

    Bring a large pot of salted water to boil.

    Add spaghetti.

    Cook until desired tenderness.

    Drain and set aside.

    In a medium sauce pan, melt butter until brown (2-3 minutes).

    Add scallops and sear.

    Add lemon juice, chopped garlic, dill, salt, pepper and cream to sauce pan.
