  • 5 whole Scallops
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Chives

Directions

    Pat scallops dry.

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    In a cast iron skillet, heat olive oil until shimmering.

    Add scallops and cook 2 minutes.

    Do not move then in the pan.

    After 2 minutes, flip and cook an additional 2-3 minutes.

    Be careful not to over cook.

    Put on plate and add chopped chives.
