  • 2 packaged backstraps
  • 2 oz olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 garlic salt
  • 1 seasonings salt

Directions

    Add extra virgin olive oil to pan on med high heat
  2. 2
    Once oil is up to temp season both sides of backstraps with seasonings garlic salt and seasoning salt and pan sear both sides about 4 minutes on both sides
  3. 3
    Remove deer steaks from pan and let rest for 2 minutes should be at rare temp serve and enjoy your seasons hunt
