  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 (6 1/8 oz.) can tuna fish
  • 1/2 c. pink salmon (save juice)
  • 1/2 c. broiled flounder
  • 6 to 10 large steamed shrimp, diced
  • 1/3 c. salmon juice
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. sweet relish
  • 1/4 c. freshly chopped celery
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • sugar (optional)

Directions

    Cook macaroni as directed on box with bouillon cubes and cooking oil.

    Drain and cool.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine macaroni with tuna fish, salmon, flounder, shrimp and salmon juice.

    Mix well.

    Add mayonnaise, relish, celery, celery seed, onion, mustard, Old Bay seasoning and salt.

    Mix well together. Add sugar to taste.
