- 1 lb. medium shrimp
- 1 lb. scallops
- 2 c. quick cooking rice
- 1 c. cream
- 1 c. butter, melted
- 2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 c. clam juice
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. onion tops
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Place rice in a 2-quart baking dish.

2Add scallops (chopped if sea scallops) and shrimp.

3Combine cream, melted butter, clam juice, wine, seafood seasoning and chopped garlic.

4Add to baking dish.

5Sprinkle with chopped onion tops and grated cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
