- 1 cup cooked quinoa, chilled
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons honey or 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 12 cups seasonal fruit
Directions

1In a small bowl, combine quinoa, salt and 2 tablespoons of the honey.

2Spoon half of the yogurt into each parfait glass.

3Top each with half the quinoa mixture and half of the fruit.

4Drizzle with the remaining honey.
