- 2 c. Bisquick
- 2/3 c. whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
- parsley
- garlic powder
Directions

1Heat oven to 450°.

2Mix Bisquick, whipping cream, sugar and grated sharp cheese until dough forms.

3Turn dough onto cloth-covered surface well dusted with flour.

4Gently roll in flour and shape into ball.

5Knead 10 times.

6Roll 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2-inch cutter, dipped in flour.

7Melt butter.

8Dip each biscuit in the melted butter. Place biscuits on an ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle parsley and garlic powder onto each biscuit.

9Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

10Makes 12 biscuits.
